Single Ply Membrane Roof Systems
Single Ply membranes generally consist of EPDM, TPO, or PVC. These sheet membranes come in widths ranging from 6 to 12 feet and are heat welded together to make a high-quality, watertight barrier. The membranes come in standard colors of white, gray, and tan, with manufacture warranties ranging from 10, 15, 20, and even up to 30 years that cover materials and workmanship. EPDM, TPO, and PVC FleeceBack membranes can even receive a warranty against hail damage from 2” coverage up to 4” hail coverage, depending on the membrane thickness and roof conditions.
